On May 22nd the first ever Chicago Cocktail Summit will partner with The Violet Hour for a”Stagg Party”. This open to the pubic event kicks off at 6 PM and ends at midnight. George T. Stagg Whiskey will be the highlighted beverage of the evening.  The menu will offer a range of options from Staggarac made with George T. Stagg, demerara, absinthe and peychaud’s bitters to Staggery composed of Stagg Jr., amaretto, ginger, lemon and egg white.

The bar will also offer tastings of vintage George T. Stagg whiskey. Charcuterie and meats from Publican will also be available.

While the event is first come first serve, guests are encouraged to arrive early since the vintage tastings will not last for the entire evening. Plus, since the Stagg Whiskey is only released once a year you can expect a pretty big turnout 🙂
