There’s a new workout trend on the scene and now is your chance to check it out! Beginning on October 6th and October 11h the Brain Training Tour is coming to Chicago and the public is invited to check it out.

HeadStrong uses high-intensity moves tricky enough to challenge grey matter. The class was created by CHICAGO BASED personal trainer Kai Karlstrom and yoga expert Michael Gervais. This is unlike any workout you’ve tried before so be sure to add it to your to-do list.

On October 6th you can sign up for the 5:15 PM class at the Lincoln Park location and on October 11th you can sign up for the 5:30 PM class at the Gold Coast location.
