February 10, 2017 @ 5:45 PM - 9:00 PM

Celebrate the achievements and works of black composers with Fulcrum Point. On February 10th guests will be able to witness three generations of artists ranging from impressionistic pop to jazz-improv.

Renowned composer Tomeka Reid will be bringing these diverse stylings to life with a world premiere composition.

The evening will end with a set of free-jazz improv led by the legendary Kahil El’ Zabar and his Ethnic Heritage Ensemble. A roundtable discussion on inclusion and access in new art music will follow the concert.
