To celebrate the launch of their newest swim issue, Graham Kostic and the gang hosted a super fun party along the luxurious Odyssey. Hundreds of Chicago’s finest gathered on the vessel for an evening of stylish fun. Since it’s finally warming up, Topshop decided to show party goers some chic summer styling options with their latest collection.
In the early hours of the evening, hundreds of guests eagerly anticipated the lively event by indulging in delectable bites and various libations. The scrumptious cuisine was served buffet style with many delicious offerings ranging from the sweet to the savory. While other’s indulged, some guests decided to get beautified with braided hairstyles and makeup application by Goldplaited. This was certainly to ensure that everyone looked photo ready for the many photographers that were aboard the ship. Plus, I spied many a photo shoot occurring on the top deck including an impromptu one of my own. Let’s just say, everyone came dressed to impress ready to mingle with the fashion elite.
The party was scattered all throughout the boat as many guests made their way to the top deck. For obvious reasons, this was the favorite hangout of the night as guests lounged in plush seating while soaking in the sun and taking in the breathtaking views of the Chicago skyline. As guests chatted with one another, various looks from Topshop were paraded about the vessel. Many of the ensembles featured a Summery vibe with a clear nautical theme that was complimentary to the lakeside views.
Below deck was where the party really got started as party-goers danced the night away to many of today’s top hits ranging all the way from Fettywap to Taylor Swift. The DJ pretty much covered everyone’s preferences which was why the dance floor remained packed throughout the duration of the evening.
All in all Glossed & Found threw yet another epic party. We even parted with some scrumptious cookies as we departed the vessel. My friends and I still talk about how cool it was that the event was free to anyone who RSVP’d. Compared to most free to the public events, Glossed & Found ensures that everyone has a great time and creates lasting memories. Can’t wait to see what the team has cooked up for August 19th 🙂
